Binaural Recordings owns all copyrights for all published images and recordings. By purchasing an Album or an SFX Library you obtain a specific usage license.
FREE RECORDINGS
By downloading a free sound you get a free single-user license for non-commercial use.
You can become creative and modify the content, broadcast in public for educational or scientific purposes. You are not allowed to make money of it as a stand-alone-product or use parts of it to create a product. For any use, you must provide credit in your publication and include a link to the website of binaural recordings.
ALBUMS
By purchasing an album, you get a single-user license for personal, non-commercial use.
You can listen to it, share the listening experience with friends, family, or acquaintances, as long as there is no fee involved. You may only make copies for personal use, and you are not allowed to create copies intended for sale, modify, share content, upload on any social platform, website, broadcast in public, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way.
In order to use any content from the published albums in any other way, you have to contact me in person and negotiate a license dependant on the use or nature of your project.
SFX LIBRARIES
By purchasing an SFX library, you get a single-user license for commercial and non-commercial use in music, sound-effect, audio/video post-production, performance, broadcast or similarly finished content-creation and production use. It allows you to modify, combine the content you have purchased for commercial productions without paying any additional license fees or providing source attribution. This license is non-transferable.
